F\u00f6r andra kan det vara b\u00e4ttre med samtal via video, och som alternativ telefon. Det kan vara att det \u00e4r f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt till mottagningen, eller att det finns praktiska hinder av olika slag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Videosamtal genomf\u00f6rs via appen Zoom. Det g\u00e5r bra att anv\u00e4nda dator eller telefon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtal per telefon brukar g\u00f6ras d\u00e5 det av n\u00e5gon anledning inte g\u00e5r att f\u00e5 till ett videosamtal. Det kan handla om en person som upplever det kr\u00e5ngligt med tekniken, eller andra orsaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vilka symtom \u00e4r vanliga?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r vanligt bland vuxna att uppleva \u00e4ngslan, oro eller \u00e5ngest samt sv\u00e5righeter med s\u00f6mn.
